Monday, April 27 3:44 p.m. — A 911 caller reported a two-vehicle accident at Alta Oxbow, 490 Boston Post Road.
4:41 p.m. — A traffic accident between two cars occurred at the Stop & Shop, 101 Andrew Ave.; there were no injuries, and the operators had exchanged information.
Tuesday, April 28 8:30 a.m. — A caller from Main Street described feeling threatened by an interaction with a white male of short, thin build, about 40-50 years old, in the front door of a store.
10:25 a.m. — Police checked on the individual described in the previous incident at a different store on the same street.
10:30 a.m. — An officer reported a tree limb hanging in the roadway of Pelham Island Road, causing a hazard to the travel lane. DPW was notified for removal.
10:53 a.m. — An accident on Commonwealth Road at Loker Street between two SUVs was called in by 911.
11:13 a.m. — A call from Main Street requested an officer to come to a parking lot, due to the presence of a suspicious male party. When the officer arrived, the party crossed the street and headed toward CVS.
12:16 p.m. — A resident on a street near Brook Trail Road called with concern about the large size of a brush pile being burned. The Fire Department advised residents of the road about burning regulations.
12:50 p.m. — A caller from the Wayland Middle School, 197 Main St., reported a white male in dark clothing exhibiting odd behavior, lying in the roadway on Keith Road and walking back and forth towards the Middle School.
Wednesday, April 29 2:11 p.m. — An employee of CVS, 150 Main St., called to say that a party recently involved in a shoplifting case was in the store. She was described as a white female in her 50s, with black hair, glasses and a black tote bag.
4:36 p.m. — A motor vehicle crash described as a hit-and-run was reported by a walk-in to the station. The accident occurred near Wayland Center when one vehicle, traveling south on Route 27, was sideswiped by another, a dark colored SUV.
5:39 p.m. — A 911 caller from Plain Road reported that a car went off the road and sheared off a hydrant. The water department was notified.
Thursday, April 30 7:12 a.m. — A motor vehicle accident between two cars was reported to have occurred on Commonwealth Road at the Natick Town line. One car was towed by State Road Auto Body.
8:46 a.m. — Police radioed the Fire Department that there was a pickup truck on Commonwealth Road at Main Street leaking gasoline. The truck was towed to State Road Auto Body.
Friday, May 1 8:31 a.m. — A 911 call reported a traffic accident on Old Connecticut Path near Shaw Drive involving two vehicles, one of which turned over. One person was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
3:25 p.m. — A call came in from the Carroll School, 45 Waltham Road, from someone requesting to speak with an officer about possible cyber bullying.
Saturday, May 2 10:05 a.m. — A resident of Shaw Drive reported a tree blocking one lane of the road. DPW was notified.
6:30 p.m. — A 911 call reported a two-vehicle crash at The Local, 11 Andrew Ave., with no injuries.
Sunday, May 3 9:27 a.m. — A caller from Old Sudbury Road stated that a deer was struck by a vehicle and was lying injured on the side of the road. The responding officer stated the deer was put down and animal control was notified.
12:25 p.m. — A 911 caller from the U.S. Post Office building, 260 Boston Post Road, reported a motor vehicle accident; there were no injuries.
3:39 p.m. — A caller at the Snakebrook Conservation Area, 50 French Ave., reported her husband had found two kittens that do not appear to have an owner. The animal control officer was notified. The caller was able to capture one kitten and is willing to foster it.
Monday, May 4 8:37 a.m. — A two-car accident was reported by 911 to have occurred on Glezen Lane near Concord Road. One party was transported by ambulance to Emerson Hospital. One vehicle was towed by State Road Auto Body, owing to an expired registration.
3:52 p.m. — A call from Bentley Boston/Heritage Motor, 533 Boston Post Road, reported that a customer may have swapped keys to a vehicle, possibly to steal a car. The incident is under investigation.
5:52 p.m. — A call from Walgreen’s, 35 Main St., reported a mulch fire on the side of the building. The Fire Department extinguished it.
6:54 p.m. — A Pelham Island Road caller said there was a tree branch blocking the road just before the bridge. The Highway Department was notified and taped off the tree.
Tuesday, May 5 2:48 p.m. — A representative from Eastern Bank telephoned to request police response on behalf of a housekeeper/aid, to assist in stopping an elderly resident from being victimized by a phone scam. No money was exchanged.
Wednesday, May 6 2:30 p.m. — Following a motor vehicle stop at Wayland Center, the operator of a pickup truck was found to be driving with a suspended license. A licensed operator was to take possession of the vehicle.
Thursday, May 7 2:43 p.m. — The manager of CVS, 150 Main St., called to speak with an officer regarding an incident of shoplifting at the store.

Saturday, May 9 5:50 p.m. — A 911 caller from Red Barn Road at Concord Road reported a two-car accident. One person was taken to Newton-Wellesley Hospital and both vehicles were towed by CBK to State Road Auto Body.
8:09 p.m. — A caller from CVS, 150 Main St., reported the theft of some baby items by a customer.
Sunday, May 10 2:10 p.m. — A Glezen Lane caller reported possible unauthorized burning. The Fire Department advised the resident, and the fire was to be extinguished.
